Fellows
Participants in the CEO Perspectives program, known as "Fellows," are C-Suite level executives reporting directly to the CEO of Fortune 500 and select-growth companies. Each class also includes two CEOs of non-profit organizations, who provide important civic perspectives. These senior executives are among the top business leaders in the nation -- many go on to achieve even greater professional success following participation in the program. Over 30 Fellows have become CEO of a company since entering CEO Perspectives, and half have been promoted and/or given more responsibility within their organizations. Additionally, over 60 Fellows currently serve as independent directors on public company boards, further utilizing their leadership abilities and business acumen.
The breadth of companies the program attracts has grown well beyond the Midwest roots of the program, and the diversity of participants continues to expand each year. CEO Perspectives is proud to have graduated 301 Fellows from the program, since the inaugural class in 2005, all of whom represent the highest caliber of business leaders.
