Participants in the CEO Perspectives program, known as "Fellows," are C-Suite level executives reporting directly to the CEO of Fortune 500 and select-growth companies, as well as several CEOs of non-profit organizations. These senior executives are among the top business leaders in the nation -- many go on to achieve even greater professional success following participation in the program.

Since entering CEO Perspectives, 51 Fellows have become CEO of a company, and half have been promoted and/or given more responsibility within their organizations. Additionally, over 100 Fellows currently serve as independent directors on public company boards, further utilizing their leadership abilities and business acumen. More than 410 Fellows have graduated from the CEO Perspectives program, providing a robust and valuable network of professional peers.
